Fractional laser technology is one of the most popular skin rejuvenating treatments, since it is a safe and an effective way to create a smooth skin surface. It smooth out the uneven skin surface, reduce the sizes of pores, effectively treats acne scars and environmental demages, like sun spots, hyperpigmentations. BIOPIXEL CO2 FRACTIONAL LASER

Our skin is the largest organ in the human body, capable of protecting the rest of the body from numerous environmental threats and hazards, it is also constantly renewing itself. However, the process of renewal slows as we age, which means our skin is more likely to show the hardships of its difficult job in the form of age spots, UV damage, acne scars, large pores, permanent pigmentation, wrinkles, and other signs of aging.

To reduce the appearance of these visible signs of aging, laser treatments can speed up the skin's natural regeneration process. A great advantage of laser technology is that we can work with it in a very precise and gentle way, as they are able to remove damaged layers from the skin evenly and precisely without the use of violent chemical and mechanical processes. The removal of damaged layers of the skin surface stimulates and accelerates skin renewal process. In addition it tightens the subcutaneous connective tissue and stimulates the fibroblasts responsible for collagen and elastin production.

So as a result of laser treatment the skin surface becomes smoother and the connective tissue under the skin becomes denser, firmer and fuller.

THE TREATMENT:

The purpose of consultation before laser treatment is to decide whether the client is suitable for the treatment and based on your past and current medical condition, skin condition and the result you want to achieve, we determine which laser procedure is best for you. It is important to mention that you have a tendency to develop herpes around your mouth, as laser treatment can often provoke their appearance.

If you decide to take treatment, we recommend that you do not take any medications or supplements that may have an effect on blood clotting 10 days prior to treatment. These include aspirin, ibuprofen or vitamin E. If you smoke, it is recommended that you stop taking it two weeks before and after treatment.

Because smoking prolongs the healing time.

Prior to procedure we will numb the areas to be treated with a local anesthetic.

The procedure in general will take about 30 to 60 minutes. A full-face treatment takes up to two hours.Local anesthesia is used to reduce pain.

In general, the areas heal in 10 to 21 days, depending on the condition that was treated. It's normal to have swelling after laser skin resurfacing. Putting an ice pack on the treated area also helps to reduce swelling in the first 24 to 48 hours after laser resurfacing. You may feel itching or stinging for 12 to 72 hours after the procedure. Five to seven days after laser resurfacing, your skin will become dry and peel. Once the skin heals, you can wear oil-free makeup to minimize redness. You will probably notice that your skin is lighter for a while after treatment. It is particularly important that you use a "broad-spectrum" sunscreen, which screens ultraviolet B and ultraviolet A rays, to protect your skin during that time. When selecting a sunscreen, look for one specially formulated for use on the face. It should have a physical blocker, such as zinc oxide. and a sun protection factor (SPF) of 50 or higher. Also limit your time in the sun, especially between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wearing a broad-brimmed hat can help protect your skin from the sun's harmful rays. It is also important to keep your new skin well moisturized. If you use Retin A or glycolic acid products, you should be able to start using them again about six weeks after the procedure or when the doctor says you can.
